Wellness Wednesday

annacolquhoun

How's your week been? I've been using this time to do some more training and have been thinking a lot about the upcoming holidays and all the excitement of them, as well as the difficulties they can highlight for some of us. The holidays can highlight patterns of relating to those closest to us that can seem impossible to change. Counselling and psychotherapy can help to release some of these ways of thinking about how we relate to others and how they relate to us. You may still sometimes respond in the same way you might have done in the past, but you can think about how you're responding without blaming yourself and that can be of huge benefit to you and your relationships.
